The document you send
A file. What’s connected, what it can reach. You attach it and you’re done with that email.
Inside: the apps, the permissions, the named channels and folders. If you’ve dated a list of what you approved, anything new is marked as new.
It does not say you’re “compliant.” It does not say we watched a prompt. It answers “what can AI access?” with a list instead of a shrug.
Questions
- Who gets this file?
- The client, the auditor, or whoever sent the form. Hand it over as-is.
- How is it built?
- From what’s connected, after you sign in. Not from a workshop.
- What does “dating the list” mean?
- You say “this is what we approved on this date.” We are not blocking anything in your Google or Slack when you do that.
