AI workflows you can trust.

Run your process with AI. Keep it as a process you can prove.

You’ve had AML obligations since July.

Aduno runs your client onboarding, applies your risk rules, and keeps a record the principal can export — one that can’t be quietly edited.

Do the work once. Aduno turns it into a repeatable process with a scope, an approval step, and a record that can’t be edited.

The ledger Files stay in your systems. We keep the ledger, not the documents. The record cannot be edited, including by us.

02 · How it works
Step 1

Run it once

A real process, with AI: client onboarding, CDD file assembly, engagement setup. A process skeleton guides the first run. It can start in chat, including Microsoft 365.

Step 2

Promote it

That run becomes the workflow: scope, sources, decision points, approval gates, the firm’s guidance.

Step 3

Run it again, checked

Later runs are compared to the approved shape. Divergence is visible. A named human accepts or overrides. Both are logged. AI does not make the call.

Step 4

Keep the record

A record the principal can export. It can’t be quietly edited. Files stay in your systems. We keep the ledger, not the documents.

03 · What you’ll see
A process — illustrative sample

Client onboarding / CDD

  • Asked: assemble the CDD file for this client
  • Touched: identity documents in the matter folder
  • Kept: that run as the onboarding process
  • Next time: the same process, checked against the approved shape; did not open anything else

Sample for illustration. We keep the ledger, not the documents. The record is what was asked, what was decided, what was touched, who accepted or overrode it, and which version of your guidance applied.

04 · The obligation

AML obligations started in July. The record has to hold up.

The Australian Government’s RIS puts ongoing AML costs for a small business at around $23,250 a year. From 1 July 2026, the individual civil maximum is 20,000 penalty units — $7.28 million. Newly captured professions, including conveyancers, have had the obligation since July. Accounting and law firms run the same product, the same processes.

Aduno is not a screening tool. It does not file SMRs. A named person at the firm still accepts or overrides each decision. We keep the ledger of that process.

05 · Without it

The alternative is a spreadsheet, a SharePoint folder, or a checklist that only records a tick.
